Cloverleaf Lakes Sanitary District #1 was created in 1982 to provide public sewer services to people living around the Cloverleaf Lakes and Long Lake in the Town of Belle Plaine, Shawano County. We provide regular maintenance to the system and assist the public when installing new sewer connections in new or renovated buildings. All of these services help to keep our groundwater and lake water clean. Before finalizing your building plans, be sure to stop in at our office to apply for any permits that you may need to connect your lateral to our main sewer system. The cost of a permit can range from $50 to $150 depending on what type of connection you are installing.
